1. Subject
Creation of websites, e-shops, web applications, or related services per agreed specification.
2. Price & payment
- Price list values are indicative. Final price is fixed in the quote after discovery.
- Standard: 50% after design approval, 50% before launch.
- Projects above CZK 100k: 30/40/30 across three milestones.
- Invoice terms: 14 days.
- We are not VAT registered.
3. Delivery
Timeline is binding and stated in the contract. Client-side delays (e.g. delayed materials) extend the deadline by the same time.
4. Revisions
The price includes 2 design revisions and 1 post-development revision. Changes outside scope are billed at CZK 700/hour.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, client receives a non-exclusive license to use the website. Source code is transferred. We may reuse design and code components in other projects.
6. Warranty & support
First three months after launch we fix any bug from our side for free and as priority. Monthly retainer from CZK 2,500.
7. Termination
- Before design approval: deposit refunded without penalty.
- After design approval: deposit covers work already done and is not refunded.
- Monthly support contracts: 30-day notice, no penalties.
8. Disputes
Disputes are first resolved amicably. As a last resort, the competent court is in Pardubice, Czech Republic.
9. Final provisions
Matters not covered are governed by the Czech Civil Code.
These terms are effective from May 21, 2026.
